  • Do you make custom orders?
    Each design is fully custom made and made to measure reassuring you for the perfect fit after you share your exact measurements. Alterations on the design are also acceptable if they are small and do not change drastically the pattern of the dress. For alterations please contact our consultants before purchasing.
  • Can I design with you my wedding dress from scratch?
    Of course this is possible as we are commited to custom made wedding dress. So, you could design your wedding dress from scratch with us. Of course this process of starting from scratch takes more time including stylist consultation, fashion designer, tech pack and pattern creation, fabric sourcing and sewing, so make sure you bring you request at least 6 months in advance to allow for quality time.   • What is the production timeline?
    As our pieces are made to order and can be made to measure, it takes 6-7 weeks for bridal dresses and 3-4 weeks for lingerie, capes, accessories to be prepared. If we talk about a wedding dress designed with us from scratch from design to production then allow for at least 6 months before your wedding day.
  • How long will you need to ship my order?
    All shipments of wedding dresses are sent with priority and tracking number with free shipping for you. Timings: USA 2 weeks, Europe 1 week. Please note all timelines are estimates. Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If for any reason your order needs to be shipped to another address, please let us know.
  • What is the return and refund policy?
    We gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase to avoid having moved to fabrics orders for your custom order. As each dress is made to order and customized to the brides measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Refund may occur in situations of a problem with your order to make sure we keep you satisfied. Calliste Bride is not responsible if the purchaser orders the incorrect size or shared wrong measurements. Calliste Bride is not responsible for changes to customer's measurements. This includes but is not limited to; loss or gaining of weight, pregnancy, medical or cosmetic surgery. We assume no responsibility for any damage, staining, or discolouration of the dress after it has been received by the purchaser. Written consent is required for any third party to pick up your dress. If the wedding or event is cancelled, the person purchasing the product is responsible for full payment of all merchandise. There are no refunds or store credits.
